For a deeper clean, you can use mild soapy water, but please avoid harsh chemicals. To ensure the longest possible lifespan for your gear, try not to leave it in direct sunlight for extended periods or expose it to extreme temperature fluctuations.

It is also good practice to regularly check the carabiners to ensure the mechanisms are working smoothly. If necessary, apply a small drop of lubricant to keep them moving freely and prevent rust or debris buildup.

  • Deadline: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

How to return an item:

  1. Communication: Please fill out the return form in your customer profile (created after placing an order) or send an email to info@obidog.lv. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Shipping: Return the item by sending it to the Domina parcel terminal in Riga (Omniva or DPD).
  3. Costs: Return and shipping costs are covered by the customer (except for warranty cases).

Returns are not available for items made specifically to your order – for example, items with custom measurements, name embroidery, or unique color combinations.
